Introduction
A Network Topology defines the physical and logical structure of a network, mapping out nodes, links, and their interactions to facilitate seamless communication between devices. The topology view offers an intuitive way to visualize and analyze network relationships. You can select a seed node and dynamically explore topologies up to a specified depth. Additionally, it provides powerful features to enhance network visibility and troubleshooting, including:
- Layer/Depth Filtering - Customize the level of detail by selecting specific layers or depth levels.
 - Alert Filtering - Focus on critical issues by filtering alerts directly within the topology view.
 - NPM-enabled nodes - Resources selected (whitelisted) in the NPM integration configuration are enriched with NPM data. A navigation link to the NetFlows overview page will be provided. See Enable NPM Nodes in Topology for more details.
 - Saved Views - Save custom topology views for quick access and efficient monitoring.
 - Health Monitoring - Gain insights into network health with real-time status indicators.
 - Resource Group Topology - View network relationships within specific resource groups.
 - Path Analysis - Trace the flow of network traffic and identify potential bottlenecks.

Network Topologies provide the following enhancements:
- Network Topology Maps are now enhanced to show more streamlined icons and views. All Icons are updated.
 - The Maps show Layer1, Layer2, and Layer3 views of the network:
- Layer2: Network traversal occurs through VLAN ID.
 - Layer3: Subnets are available by default and explicitly highlighted. Users can switch to BGP or OSPF links using a dropdown menu.

 - The Maps show port-channel details (for Cisco, Aruba, and Arista devices), with the ability to expand and collapse component links.
 - Network devices can now be searched for and found on the Network Topology Map page.
 - Network Topology maps provide different styles to accommodate viewing specific network layouts.
